Q: Are you a trading company or manufacture?
A: We are a professional manufacture company, specializing in filters for cars, trucks, excavators, tractors, small engine applications and more.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally takes 5-10 days if the goods are in stock, or 40-75 days if we need to manufacture the goods, depending on the quantity of the order.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: We can provide sample for free, buyer will pay for the delivery fees.
Q: What is your term of payment?
A: 30% down payment once order is confirmed and 70% balance paid upon receiving our B/L copy. All orders/shipments under USD 8,000 will incur an export fee of USD250.
